The journey begins with love
Immediate Personnel Services LLC is a labor of love. The inspiration for this care service began in 2002 when my beautiful grandmother, the late Eva Ivey, became ill with congestive heart failure. My family and I took on the responsibility of caring for her in her home so she could peacefully and respectfully be cared for until her transition in 2004.
As my journey caring for other family members continued, my passion for caregiving grew. I recognized the profound need for families to have respectful caregiving and for qualified caregivers to meet this demand. This led me to start Immediate Personnel Services LLC, with a vision to provide quality care services to families across Michigan, and one day, across the world.
